Milky Way Over Antelope Lake

Antelope Lake sits at about 5,000 ft elevation near the northern end of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It's far enough away from big city lights to see lots of stars on a clear night. 
On this cool August night, the Milky Way shone bright over the western edge of the lake. The yellowish glow on the left edge of the frame is the muted light of the "Biggest Little City in the World," Reno, NV.
